Inside Sales Representative MIL/AERO

Your tasks

• Responsible for all tasks that have been requested by customers with focus on customer satisfaction

• Taking care and managing new and existing customers

• Active communication with outside sales, purchasing and product management

• Customer master data management

• Preparation of quotes

• Quote follow up

• Order entry

• Monitoring and coordination of orders and contracts

• Complaint process

• Credit note creation

Our requirements

• Language skills: English C1 level, German would be considered a plus

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably with MIL /AERO background

• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working

• Good knowledge of Excel
