Compliance Specialist (electromechanical products) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Product Compliance

• Support inside sales and response to all environmental requests from CEE/SEE

• Prepare data lists for upcoming merge to Oracle ERP.

Export Compliance

• Support inside sales with requests about export data (check delivery documents or request it from supplier and transfer it to the customer forms.

• Review active part numbers for missing export data, collecting them and provide to the US colleagues for uploading

Other Compliance topics

• Support for Compliance Manager about risk analysis regarding the “Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains”

• If necessary, support regarding “Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism” and “EUDR - Deforestation Regulation”

• English Proficiency

• B2-level German proficiency

• University Degree (chemistry/engineering/gadministration/sales/asset)

• Certain affinity about environmental regulations

• Ability to work with a team

• Independent setting of task priorities

• Organizational skills
