Quality Business Partner (m/f/d)

Our Quality Management team is looking for reinforcement: a Quality Specialist\ Quality Business Partnerat our Myslowice or Krakow location, who will help uphold and further develop our high quality standards with dedication and expertise. Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards in our processes

• Analyze incoming customer complaints and define relevant measures

• Prepare and conduct internal audits

• Support and assist with external audits

• Analyze and process complaints and initiate corrective actions

• Assist in the development of our quality management systems

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure quality requirements are met

• Document and report to management

• Completed vocational training or university degree in quality management, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant work experience

• Experience in quality management is required

• Familiarity with QM standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, EN 9120) is essential

• Independent and structured working style

• Strong communication skills in both German and English

• Proficient in MS Office
