Your tasks
Lead the IS team of G3 (MIL/Aero) and support them in their daily work
Monitor and achieve department targets (bookings, sales, margin targets)
Review the activities of the Internal Sales/Customer Service Representatives (workload analysis, quota and order volume)
Monitoring the open order report / backlog with the team
Monitoring / execution of the quote followup with the team
Monitoring of credit holds in cooperation with the Finance Department
Making RE allocations in the system
Support with escalations
Vacation planning of the IS G3
Approvals for credit notes, recalculations, return authorization.
Regular review meetings with employees (workload analysis, sales vs. target, review of knowledge level (support in the form of further training)
Customer activity report - taking action in the event of declining customers in collaboration with IS and OS
Regular exchange with the TM / Sales Director
Make / update customer assignment for the IS
Interviewing applicants for a position in the Inside Sales team
Organizing training for the IS (system / product)
Bringing the internal organization forward (e.g. degree of automation: PO upload, MRP program, EDI, etc.)
Support with work instructions / audit preparations concerning IS topics.
Job requirements
Our requirements
German C2 level; English C1 level
Knowledge of other languages is an asset in working with clients
Experience in sales or customer service with MIL /AERO background
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
Ability to prioritize own tasks and your team, organizational skills
Fast learning abilities
Good computer skills, especially Excel
